Abstract
Intructional Technology Program Concentration of Education Management, Post Graduate, Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa University. 2016. The aim to determine the relationship between the managerial role and Principal interpersonal communication of the job satisfaction of teachers in MTs Integrated Riyadhus Shalihien, either separately or together. The population in this study were all teachers at MTs Integrated Riyadhus Shalihien District of Padarincang, Serang, amounting to 18 people. The execution time of the study in December 2015. The method used is survey and data analysis techniques using statistical test of correlation and simple linear regression and correlation and multiple linear regression. The hypothesis testing was done on a significant level of 0:05. Results of the study provide the following information: (1) There is a positive and significant correlation between managerial roles Principal (X1) on job satisfaction of teachers (Y) in MTs Riyadhus Shalihien with significant value 0.000 <0.05, (2) There is a positive relationship and significant correlation between interpersonal communication Principal (X2) on teacher job satisfaction (Y) in MTs Integrated Riyadhus Shalihien with significant value 0.005 <0.05, and (3) There is a positive and significant correlation between managerial roles Principal (X1) and communication interpersonal Principal (X2) on teacher job satisfaction (Y) in MTs Integrated Riyadhus Shalihien with significant value 0.000 <0.05.

Tujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara peran manajerial Kepala Sekolah dan komunikasi interpersonal Kepala Sekolah dan kepuasan kerja guru di MTs Terpadu Riyadhus Shalihien, baik secara terpisah maupun bersama-sama. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh guru di MTs Terpadu Riyadhus Shalihien Kecamatan Padarincang, Kabupaten Serang yang berjumlah 18 orang. Waktu pelaksanaaan penelitian bulan Desember 2015. Metode yang digunakan yaitu survai dan teknik analisis data menggunakan uji statistik korelasi dan regresi linier sederhana serta korelasi dan regresi Tinier ganda. Adapun pengujian hipotesis dilakukan pada taraf signifikan 0.05. Hasil penelitian memberikan informasi sebagai berikut: (1) Terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara peran manajerial Kepala Sekolah (X1) terhadap kepuasan kerja guru (Y) di MTs Riyadhus Shalihien dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05, (2) Terdapat hubungan positif dan signifikan antara komunikasi interpersonal Kepala Sekolah (X2) terhadap kepuasan kerja guru (Y) di MTs Terpadu Riyadhus Shalihien dengan nilai signifikansi 0,005 < 0,05, dan (3) Terdapat hubungan positif dan signifikan antara peran manajerial Kepala Sekolah (X1) dan komunikasi interpersonal Kepala Sekolah (X2) terhadap kepuasan kerja guru (Y) di MTs Terpadu Riyadhus Shalihien dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05. | |||||||||
