Abstract

The purpose of this research was to determine between job’s motivation of teachers and school climate with the performance of teachers high school and the teacher’s correlation vocational school in the district Pamarayan Serang District. This study uses a quantitative approach to the type of correlational. This research was done in high school and vocational Pamarayan District of Serang District which is located in the Village and Village Sangiang Pamarayan Pamarayan District of Serang District. The population in this study was a high school teacher Pamarayan, vocational and vocational Mabdail Tajimalela Falah, with the number of teachers to 100 people and a total sample of 80 teachers drawn at random (random sampling). The analysis used was correlation analysis. The results showed; Based on the results of the first hypothesis test known to the Sig <value α (0.000 <0.05) and tcount > t table (6.974> 1.991), so that it can be concluded there was a positive and significant relationship between motivation of teachers with teacher performance in high school and vocational school in the district Pamarayan Serang District. Based on the results of hypothesis testing both the known value of Sig <value α (0.000 <0.05) and tcount> t table (6.733> 1.991), so that it can be concluded there is a positive and significant relationship between organizational climate with the performance of teachers in high school and vocational school in the district Pamarayan Serang District. Based on the results of hypothesis testing both the known value of F count> F table (28.099> 19.492), so it can be concluded there was a positive and significant relationship of teacher motivation and organizational climate together with the performance of teachers in high school and vocational school in the district Pamarayan Serang District.

Additional Information: Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan mendeskripsikan hubungan antara motivasi kerja guru dan iklim sekolah sekolah secara bersamasama dengan kinerja guru SMA dan SMK di kecamatan Pamarayan Kabupaten Serang. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian korelasional. Penelitian ini dilakukan di SMA dan SMK Kecamatan Pamarayan Kabupaten Serang yang beralamat di Desa Pamarayan dan Desa Sangingang Kecamatan Pamarayan Kabupaten Serang. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah guru SMA Pamarayan, SMK Tajimalela dan SMK Mabdail Falah, dengan jumlah guru 100 orang dan jumlah sampel sebanyak 80 guru yang diambil secara acak (random sampling). Analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis korelasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan; Berdasarkan hasil uji hipotesis pertama diketahui nilai Sig < nilai α (0,000 < 0,05) dan nilai thitung > ttabel (6,974 > 1,991), sehingga dapat disimpulkan terdapat hubungan positif dan signifikan antara Motivasi guru dengan Kinerja guru di SMA dan SMK di kecamatan Pamarayan Kabupaten Serang. Berdasarkan hasil uji hipotesis kedua diketahui nilai Sig < nilai α (0,000 < 0,05) dan nilai thitung > ttabel (6,733> 1,991), sehingga dapat disimpulkan terdapat hubungan positif dan signifikan antara Iklim organisasi dengan Kinerja guru di SMA dan SMK di kecamatan Pamarayan Kabupaten Serang. Berdasarkan hasil uji hipotesis kedua diketahui nilai Fhitung > Ftabel (28,099 > 19,492), sehingga dapat disimpulkan terdapat hubungan positif dan signifikan motivasi guru dan iklim organisasi secara bersama-sama dengan Kinerja guru di SMA dan SMK di kecamatan Pamarayan Kabupaten Serang.
