Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Phycycal environment workship on Employee Performance at PT. Top Engineering. To determine the effect Communication on Employee Performance at PT. Top Engineering. In this study the method used to analyze the use of descriptive methods that aim to describe or illustrate an overview of the properties or characteristics of a particular phenomenon. While the design of the study is exploratory design and design is to analyze the causal relationships between one variable with another variable by using statistics. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire with Likert scale measurement. Determination of the sample using a population of 47 respondents who use this method of data analysis and product moment correlation coefficient. From the calculation of SPSS v.20, based on the analysis of SPSS v.20 generated a degree of influence between Phycycal Environment workship to Employee Performance obtained hypothesis testing results obtained from t-test (5,592) > t-table (2.01410), then H0 is rejected and Ha accepted which means there is a significant effect between Phyycal Environment workship (X1) on Employee Performance (Y) and thet-test (5,95) > t-table (2.01410) then H0 is rejected and Ha accepted which means there is a significant effect between communiation (X2) on Employee Performance (Y) at PT. Top Engineering. In this study the results of multiple regression and Phyycal Environment workship and Communation on Employee performance together significant effect with an F-count (299,99) > F-table (2,82).

Additional Information: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Lingkungan Kerja Fisik dan Komunikasi terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Pada PT. Top Engineering. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan penulis dalam penelitian adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kepustakaan dan lapangan seperti wawancara, observasi dan kuesioner. Dengan sampel 47 responden, teknik pengambilan sampel dengan menggunakan sampel jenuh. Untuk analisis menggunakan analisis korelasi parsial, korelasi dan regresi berganda dengan dibantu program SPSS. Dari hasil perhitungan program SPSS v.20, berdasarkan hasil analisis SPSS v.20 dihasilkan tingkat pengaruh antara Lingkungan Kerja Fisik terhadap Kinerja Karyawan didapat dari hasil pengujian hipotesis didapat t-hitung (5,592) > t-tabel (2,01410) maka H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima, berarti terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara Lingkungan Kerja Fisik (X1) terhadap Kinerja Karyawan (Y) dan antara t-hitung (5,935) > t-tabel (2,01410) maka H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima, berarti iterdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara Komunikasi (X2) terhadap Kinerja Karyawan (Y) pada PT. Top Engineering. Dalam penelitian ini hasil regresi berganda Lingkungan Kerja Fisik dan Komunikasi terhadap Kinerja Karyawan secara bersama-sama berpengaruh signifikan dengan nilai F-hitung (299,399) > F-tabel (2,82).
