Abstract

Problems research studied is the relationship of external factors and internal factors of students with school attendance in the first quarter of the academic year 20152016 (Ex-Post Facto Study in SMK 1 Cilegon), Problems that were examined in the study is the relationship of external factors and internal factors of students with school attendance in the first quarter of the academic year 2015-2016 (Ex-Post Facto Study in SMKN 1 Cilegon). Research conducted at the Vocational High School, located in Cilegon Cibeber District Kedungbaya Cilegon Banten village consisting of 16 classes, a population of 572 and a sample of 28 people. The aim of research to determine whether the absence of students in SMK 1 Cilegon nothing to do with external factors and internal factors of students. The method used is Study research Ex Post Facto causal-comparative quantitative approach. 28 students were selected as sample selected based on the level of school attendance with attendance criteria < 85% will be sampled in this study. Analysis begins by describing the data ranging from determining the average, highest value, lowest value, middle value previously have passed the prerequisite test. Further data processing using simple linear correlation analysis to determine the relationship with the presence of external factors and internal factors with student attendance, followed by multiple regression correlation analysis to determine the relationship between external and internal factors with student attendance.. F test and t test using SPSS 23.0 for windows. Output test of significance between variables (X1) with (Y) obtained significance value of 0977, output test the significance between variables (X2) and (Y) obtained significance value of 0617, while the calculation of the variable (X1) and variable (X2) to the Student Attendance (Y ) obtained significance value of 0.880 which means the variables are interrelated

Permasalah yang dikaji dalam penelitian adalah hubungan faktor eksternal dan faktor internal siswa dengan kehadiran siswa di sekolah dalam triwulan pertama tahun ajaran 2015-2016 (Study Ex-Post Facto di SMKN 1 Cilegon). Penelitian dilakukan di Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan Cilegon yang berlokasi di Kecamatan Cibeber Kelurahan Kedungbaya Kota Cilegon Banten yang tediri dari 16 kelas, jumlah populasi 572 dan jumlah sampel 28 orang. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui apakah ketidakhadiran siswa di SMKN 1 Cilegon ada hubungannya dengan faktor eksternal dan faktor internal siswa. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian Study Ex-Post Facto kausal komparatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan penyebaran angket tertutup. 28 orang siswa yang menjadi sampel penelitian dipilih berdasarkan tingkat kehadiran siswa di sekolah dengan kriteria kehadiran < 85% akan menjadi sampel dalam penelitian ini. Teknik pengolahan data diawali dengan mendeskripsikan data mulai dari menentukan rata-rata, nilai tertinggi, nilai terendah, nilai tengah yang sebelumnya telah melewati uji prasyarat. Pengolahan data selanjutnya menggunakan analisis korelasi linear sederhana untuk menentukan hubungan faktor eksternal dengan kehadiran siswa dan faktor internal dengan kehadiran, dilanjutkan dengan analisa korelasi regresi berganda untuk menentukan hubungan antara faktor eksternal dan internal dengan kehadiran siswa. Uji F dan uji t dengan program SPSS 23.0 for windows. Output uji keberartian antara variable (X1) dengan (Y) diperoleh nilai signifikansi 0.977, output uji keberartian antara variable (X2) dengan (Y) diperoleh nilai signifikansi 0.617, sedangkan penghitungan variabel (X1) dan variabel (X2) dengan Kehadiran Siswa (Y) diperoleh nilai signifikansi 0.880 yang berarti variable-variabel ini saling berhubungan
