Abstract
PT. Krakatau Tirta Industri is a company which is enganged in clean water providers. PT. Krakatau Tirta Industri in the implementation of activities has arrenged based on the secretary of state ministry number: S-08/S.MBU/2013 on 16 January 2013 by setting 5 perspective. Viewed from the perspective that there are still not present spesific performance of the company. Purpose of this study to determine KPI has and has not reached the target and know the achievement of the company performance in 2015. This measurement is done by integrating the objectives and operational activities using the Strategic Management Analysis and Reporting Technique (SMART) System. SMART System is more focused with correlation approach the concept of pyramid performance measure and vision which uses objective strategy as a starting point for design, which refers to the nine perspective in SMART System. Then weighted using Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) in nine persepective. Five highest perspective is considered most important by the decision maker furthemore the weighting is done against KPI in five highest perspective. The next step scoring systtem and traffic light system to know index value the total company. From the data has been processed obtained 14 KPI that have reached the target or 63.636% and 8 KPI that have near reched the target or 36.354%. Total performance achievement PT. Krakatau Tirta Industri in 2015 is 94.691 it means can be said the companies condition is very healthy.

| Additional Information: | PT. Krakatau Tirta Industri merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak dalam bidang penyedia air bersih. Selama ini PT. Krakatau Tirta Industri dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan telah diatur berdasarkan Keputusan Sekretaris Kementrian BUMN Nomor : S-08/S.MBU/2013 tanggal 16 Januari 2013 dengan menetapkan 5 perspektif. Dilihat dari perspektif yang ada masih belum mempresentasikan kinerja perusahaan secara spesifik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui KPI yang telah dan belum mencapai target serta mengetahui pencapaian kinerja perusahaan tahun 2015. Pengukuran ini dilakukan dengan mengintegrasikan antara tujuan dan kegiatan operasional menggunakan Strategic Management Analysis and Reporting Technique (SMART) System. SMART System lebih berfokus dengan korelasi pendekatan konsep pyramid performance measure dan visi, yang menggunakan strategi objektif sebagai titik awal perancangannya, yang mengacu pada sembilan perspektif dalam SMART System. Kemudian dilakukan pembobotan dengan metode Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) pada sembilan perspektif. Lima perspektif tertinggi dianggap paling penting oleh pengambil keputusan selanjutnya pembobotan terhadap KPI yang ada di lima perspektif tertinggi. Langkah selanjutnya scoring system dan traffic light system untuk mengetahui nilai indeks total perusahaan. Dari data yang telah diolah didapatkan 14 KPI yang telah mencapai target atau 63.636% dan 8 KPI yang mendekati pencapaian target atau 36.364%. Total pencapaian kinerja PT. Krakatau Tirta Industri tahun 2015 sebesar 93.691 berarti dapat dikatakan kondisi perusahaan tergolong sangat sehat. | |||||||||
