Abstract

The purpose of this report is to determine the Direct Disbursement System ( LS ) At the Department of Communication and Information Technology Banten Province . Data collection method used is descriptive method . This study, using primary data and secondary data obtained from the Department of Communication and Information Technology Banten Province . Source of data derived from field studies and literature . The technique of collecting data through interviews , observation , and documentation . Based on the results obtained in the field , System Disbursements lngsung ( LS ) At the Department of Communication and Information Technology Banten Province has been in accordance with Government Accounting Standards ( SAP ) of Government Regulation No. 71 Year 2010 , the adoption of the accrual basis of Regulation 64 of 2013 , the Governor Regulation Banten No. 89 Year 2014 on Guidelines for Budget Banten Provincial Fiscal Year 2015.

Tujuan dari penulisan laporan ini adalah untuk mengetahui Sistem Pencairan Dana Langsung (LS) Pada Dinas Perhubungan Komunikasi Dan Informatika Provinsi Banten. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif. Penulisan ini menggunakan data primer dan data sekunder yang diperoleh dari Dinas Perhubungan Komunikasi Dan Informatika Provinsi Banten. Sumber data berasal dari studi lapangan dan studi kepustakaan. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, pengamatan, dan dokumentasi. Berdasarkan hasil yang diperoleh di lapangan, Sistem Pencairan Dana Lngsung (LS) Pada Dinas Perhubungan Komunikasi Dan Informatika Provinsi Banten telah sesuai dengan Standar Akuntansi Pemerintah (SAP) Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 71 Tahun 2010, penerapan berbasis akrual permendagri 64 tahun 2013, Peraturan Gubernur Banten Nomor 89 Tahun 2014 tentang Pedoman Pelaksanaan Anggaran Pendapatan dan Belanja Daerah Provinsi Banten Tahun Anggaran 2015.
