Abstract

This research was conducted at Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Kota Serang which aims to see the extent of the process of preparing the budget realization report (LRA) at Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Kota Serang. In writing this final report, the writer uses descriptive method. The data used in this paper is the primary data and secondary data. Source of data derived from interviews and literature. Data collection methods used by the writer of the interview method, the method of literature, and documentation. From the results of this study indicate that the Process of Budget Realization Report at Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Kota Serang generally the accordance with the provisions of the Indonesian Government Regulation No. 71 of 2010 concerning the Government Accounting Standards Accrual Based Ministry / Agency.

Penelitian ini dilakukan di Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Kota Serang yang bertujuan untuk melihat bagaimana proses penyusunan laporan realisasi anggaran dan fungsi laporan realisasi anggaran di Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Kota Serang. Dalam penulisan Laporan Tugas Akhir ini, penulis menggunakan metode deskriptif. Data yang digunakan dalam penulisan ini adalah data primer dan data sekunder. Sumber data berasal dari wawancara dan kepustakaan. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan oleh penulis yaitu metode wawancara, metode kepustakaan (studipustaka), dan dokumentasi Dari hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Proses Penyusunan Laporan Realisasi anggaran di Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Kota Serang secara umum sudah sesuai dengan ketentuan Peraturan Pemerintah Republik Indonesia Nomor 71 tahun 2010 tentang Standar Akuntansi Pemerintahan Berbasis Akrual Kementerian Negara/Lembaga.
