Abstract
In every production process optimization is of paramount importance of a healthy, because it will be related to and a direct impact on profits of a company. But in every production process definitely has constraints may include constraints of raw materials, direct labor hours, and demand. The resulting production PT. KHI Pipe Industrie ie steel pipes with diameters ranging from 4 "(inch), 6" (inch), 8 "(inch), 10" (inch) to 12 "(inch). The method used in this research is the method of Linear Programming (Linear Progamming) is to determine how much profit to be obtained by the company by optimizing the constraints that exist on the PT. KHI Pipe IndustiesPlant 1 division. The result of the calculation using Linear Programming (Linear Progamming) determine optimal benefits to be received by the company by optimizing the constraints that there is 118 121 100,- rupiah and actually amounted to 94.5 million rupiah, which means that there are selsisih of 23.6211 million rupiah, in the last 3 months.

| Additional Information: | Dalam setiap proses produksi optimalisasi merupakan hal yang sangat peting, karena akan berhubungan serta berdampak langsung terhadap keuntungan suatu perusahaan. Namun dalam setiap proses produksi pasti memiliki kendala�kendala dapat berupa kendala bahan baku, jam tenaga kerja langsung, dan permintaan. Produksi yang dihasilkan PT. KHI Pipe Industrie yaitu pipa baja dengan ukuran diameter, mulai dari 4” (inch), 6” (inch), 8” (inch), 10” (inch), hingga 12” (inch). Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode Pemrograman Linier (Linier Progamming) yaitu untuk mengetahui berapa keuntungan yang akan diperoleh perusahaan dengan mengoptimalisasikan kendala-kendala yang ada pada PT. KHI Pipe Industies divisi Plant 1. Hasil perhitungan dengan menggunakan metode Pemrograman Linier (Linier Progamming) mengetahui keuntungan optimal yang akan di terima oleh perusahaan dengan mengoptimalkan kendala-kendala yang ada adalah sebesar Rp 118.121.100,- dan aktualnya adalah sebesar Rp 94.500.000,- yang artinya terdapat selsisih sebesar Rp 23.621.100,- dalam 3 bulan terakhir. | |||||||||
