Mita Winarni. NIM. 6661130186. Kinerja Aplikasi E-Musrenbang Dalam Mendukung Pelaksanaan Tupoksi Operator E-Musrenbang Di Kota Serang. Program Studi Administrasi Publik. Fakultas Ilmu Sosial dan Ilmu Politik. Universitas Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa. Dosen Pembimbing I: Dr. Ayuning Budiati, MPPM dan Dosen Pembimbing II: Dr. Ipah Ema Jumiati, S.IP, M.Si Bappeda merupakan instansi pemerintah yang telah menerapkan E-Musrenbang, namun fakta dilapangan menunjukan bahwa penerapan E-Musrenbang belum maksimal. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui Kinerja Aplikasi E- Musrenbang Dalam Mendukung Pelaksanaan Tupoksi Operator E-Musrenbang Di Kota Serang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Populasi penelitian ini yaitu admin E-Musrenbang Bappeda Kota Serang, operator E-Musrenbang SKPD dan operator E-Musrenbang kecamatan di Kota Serang, diambil berdasarkan teknik sampling jenuh. Pengumpulan data melalui penyebaran kuesioner, observasi dan wawancara. Penelitian ini menggunakan teori DeLone and McLean (2003:14) yang mengemukakan enam indikator kesuksesan sistem informasi. Kesimpulan penilaian hasil penelitian Kinerja Aplikasi E-Musrenbang Dalam Mendukung Pelaksanaan Tupoksi Operator E-Musrenbang Di Kota Serang dapat dikategorikan baik, yakni mencapai angka sebesar 74,74% dari angka minimal yang dihipotesiskan sebesar 70%. Saran peneliti untuk meningkatkan Kinerja Aplikasi E-Musrenbang Dalam Mendukung Pelaksanaan Tupoksi Operator E- Musrenbang Di Kota Serang yakni dengan adanya pemaksimalan aplikasi, penambahan sumber daya manusia yang berlatar belakang bidang TI, penambahan jadwal bimbingan teknis yang diselenggarakan Bappeda agar tingkat kinerja operator E-Musrenbang sebagai pengguna E-Musrenbang akan lebih baik lagi. The purpose of this study was to determine the Performance of E- Musrenbang Application In Supporting the Implementation of E-Musrenbang Operator Duties In Serang City. The research method used quantitative with a descriptive approached. The population of this study were the admin E- Musrenbang of the Serang city Bappeda, the operator of E-Musrenbang SKPD and the E-Musrenbang operator of thesu-district in Serang city. The sample of the research was saturated sampling technique. The data collection through questionnaire, observation and interview. This study used the theory of DeLone and McLean (2003:14) which presented six indicators of the success of information systems. The conclusion of the assessment result of the research on E- Musrenbang application performance in supporting the implementation of E- Musrenbang operator duties in Serang city can be categorized as good, reaching a figure of 74,74% of the minimum figure hypothesized by 70%. Researcher suggestion to improve the performance of E-Musrenbang application in supporting the implementation of E-Musrenbang operator duties in Serang city is the application maximization, the addition of human resources with IT background, the addition of technical guidance schedules organized by Bappeda so that the E-Musrenbang operator’s performance level as an E-Musrenbang user, it will be even better.
