Abstract

Microbial phosphate solvent is living microorganisms in the soil that is free to dissolve the organic phosphate from the soil available to plants shape into forms available to plants. This study uses qualitative and quantitative descriptive approach by exploration phosphate solvent bacterial population in the three districts in Serang. Isolation of bacteria is done through the use of media "Pikovskaya" and "Nutrients" grown with the spread plate method on a petri dish and calculated by the method of calculating the cup. The number density of the bacterial population in BPFJ1 1,2×10 12 CFU/ml, BPFJ2 1,2×10 12 CFU/ml, BPFJ3 8,3×10 10 CFU/ml, BPFP1 3,3×10 7 CFU/ml, BPFKt1 4,6×10 11 CFU/ml, BPFKt2 5,5×10 11 CFU/ml, BPFKt3 3,4×10 9 CFU/ml, CPFKd1 3,1×10 3 CFU/ml, CPFKd2 3,5×10 4 CFU/ml. Seventh bacteria and fungi microbes two phosphate solvent has a diverse morphology. In gram test showed that BPFJ1, BPFJ2, BPFKt1 and BPFKt3 are gram-negative while BPFJ3, BPFP1, and BPFKt2 are gram-positive. In pathogenicity test showed all BPF is non-pathogenic. keywords: corn, rice, soybeans, peanuts, bacterial phosphate solvent, and rhizosphere
