Abstract

The purpose of this report is to determine the procedure of mortgage financing gold at PT Bank Syariah Mandiri, knowing how pawn valuation of gold and the advantages and disadvantages in the gold pawning sharia. For the writing method used in data collection is descriptive method. While the types and sources of data used are primary and secondary data. As well as the methods used in collecting the data is the data of observation. interviews, documentation, field studies, and literature study. Study results obtained in PT Bank Syariah Mandiri is mortgage financing procedure Islamic gold is in conformity with the provisions of Islam, ways which are in accordance with the assessment handbook pawn. Although already in compliance with all its provisions, Should the company continue to improve the quality of its gold pawn sharia that more has customers.

Tujuan penulisan laporan ini adalah untuk mengetahui prosedur pembiayaan gadai emas pada PT Bank Syariah Mandiri, mengetahui cara penaksiran gadai emas dan kelebihan serta kekurangan dalam gadai emas syariah Untuk metode penulisan yang digunakan dalam pengumpulan data adalah metode deskriptif. Sementara jenis dan sumber data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan sekunder. Serta metode yang digunakan dalam pengumpulan data adalah data hasil observasi. wawancara, dokumentasi, studi lapangan ,dan studi kepustakaan. Hasil kajian yang diperoleh pada PT Bank Syariah Mandiri adalah prosedur pembiayaan gadai emas syariah yang sudah sesuai dengan ketentuan islam, cara penaksiran yang sudah sesuai dengan buku pedoman gadai. Meskipun sudah sesuai dengan semua ketentuannya, Sebaiknya perusahaan tetap terus meningkatkan kualitas gadai emas syariahnya agar semakin banyak memiliki nasabah.
