Abstract

Bank is one of the financial institutions that have an extremely important role in development. The purpose of this study was to determine the procedures for granting a pension financing and financing records at PT. Bank Syariah Mandiri. The method used is descriptive method. Based on the results of Bank Syariah Mandiri KCP Serang City set some procedures in the filing of customer financing includes the step of filing paperwork, the approval of the financing, the signing of the agreement and the financing agreement is done, the purchase of goods to the supplier, delivery of goods to customers, pembayaraan mortgage financing, where there are many shortcomings such as client files incomplete. While recording the provision of financing at Bank Syariah Mandiri KCP Serang City is in conformity with the existing theory which consists of recording financing agreement, the purchase of goods to the supplier, delivery of goods to customers, customer financing mortgage payments, arrears financing, payment of fines, and the repayment of customer financing where the execution of the job description between the financing and implementation of the marketing admin financing no separation task.

Bank adalah salah satu lembaga keuangan yang memiki peran yang sangat penting dalam pembangunan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui prosedur pemberian pembiayaan pensiun dan pencatatan pembiayaan pada PT. Bank Mandiri Syariah. Metode yang digunakan penulis adalah metode deskriptif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian Bank Mandiri Syariah KCP Serang Kota menetapkan beberapa prosedur dalam pengajuan pembiayaan yang meliputi tahap nasabah pengajuan berkas-berkas, keputusan persetujuan pembiayaan, penandatanganan akad dan proses akad pembiayaan dilakukan, pembelian barang kepada pemasok, pengiriman barang kepada nasabah, pembayaraan cicilan pembiayaan, dimana terdapat banyak kekurangan seperti berkas-berkas nasabah yang kurang lengkap. Sedangkan pencatatan pemberian pembiayaan pada Bank Mandiri Syariah KCP Serang Kota sudah sesuai dengan teori yang ada dimana pencatatan pembiayaan terdiri dari persetujuan, pembelian barang kepada pemasok, penyerahan barang kepada nasabah, pembayaran cicilan pembiayaan nasabah, penunggakan pembiayaan, pembayaran denda, dan pelunasan pembiayaan nasabah yang dimana dalam pelaksanaan uraian tugas antara bagian marketing pembiayaan dan pelaksanaan admin pembiayaan tidak ada pemisah tugas.
