Abstract

Weir is transverse building river server to elevate water to be taken down and streamed to a channel throught the building retrieval. Cipaas weir in Serang District Bunihara Village Anyer is on application of water resources from the River Cipaas for supplying raw water mainly for the benefit of the agricultural sector with a total area of 350 hectares of rice fields. Cipaas river basin areas (DAS) on the dam was not relevant at the time of initial planning. So it needs to be re-examined by analyzing satabilitas Cipaas Fixed weir by using flood discharge period of fifty years (Q50), with an area of 49.70 km2 watershed The spesific purpose of this research was to determine the stability of weir planning of Cipaas river was secure against forces that work with (Q ). The research was using secondary data of daily rainfall during 10 years 50 from 3 stations. The forces that counts was gravity itself, seismic force, lift force, gravity water, water pressure, gravity weir, and the analysis of the stability of weir stability that counts was the hydraulic gradient, eccentricity, the carrying capacity of the land, style bolsters and shear force The results showed that the rainfall period of 50 years with the Log Method of Person III = 123,421 mm obtained flood discharge period of fifty years (Q 50 ) with Rational Method Der Weduwen =139,7541 m 3 /sec.. Dimensions of weir was safe to eccentricity, the carrying capacity of the land, rolling force, shear force and the forces that work well during normal water level conditions and maximum water level condition.
