Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the dose of chicken manure and Trichoderma sp. on the growth and yield of soybean varieties Kaba. The method used was randomized block design (RAK), which consists of two factors. The first factor was fertilizer chicken manure (A), which consists of five levels, namely: A0 = 0 ton / ha (without treatment), A1 = 10 tonnes / ha (180 g / planting hole), A2 = 15 tonnes / ha (270 g / planting hole), A3 = 20 tonnes / ha (360 g / planting hole), A4 = 25 tonnes / ha (450 g / planting hole), and the second factor was Trichoderma sp. which consists of 4 levels, namely: B0 = 0 g / planting hole (without treatment), B1 = 30 g / planting hole, B2 = 45 g / planting hole, B3 = 60 g / hole. Thus there were 20 combinations of treatment that each treatment was repeated three times, in order to get 60 experimental unit. Parameters measured were plant height (cm), number of leaves (leaf), the number of branches cropping (branch), fresh weight of root crops (g), root dry weight of plants (g), the number of pods total crop (fruit), the amount of weight pods contents cropping (g), does not contain a number of pod weight (g), weight of 100 grains of dry beans (g), the weight of the dry seed crop (g). The results of this study are chicken manure fertilizer with a dose of 20 ton / ha (A3) gives the best results on the parameters of the fresh weight of root crop (9.71 g). Giving Trichoderma sp. (B2) gives the best results on the parameters of plant root dry weight (3.95 g). And there is interaction between the fertilizer chicken manure and Trichoderma sp. parameter contained in the fresh weight of root crop A3B1 (10.05 g) and the parameters of plant root dry weight A2B3 (5.24 g).

Additional Information: Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui dosis pupuk kotoran ayam dan Trichoderma sp. terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman kedelai varietas kaba. Metode yang digunakan adalah Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK), yang terdiri dari 2 faktor. Faktor pertama adalah pupuk kotoran ayam (A), yang terdiri dari 5 taraf, yakni : A0 = 0 ton/ha (tanpa perlakuan), A1 = 10 ton/ha (180 g/lubang tanam), A2 = 15 ton/ha (270 g/lubang tanam), A3 = 20 ton/ha (360 g/lubang tanam), A4 = 25 ton/ha (450 g/lubang tanam), dan faktor kedua adalah Trichoderma sp. yang terdiri dari 4 taraf, yakni : B0 = 0 g/lubang tanam (tanpa perlakuan), B1 = 30 g/lubang tanam, B2 = 45 g/lubang tanam, B3 = 60 g/lubang tanam. Dengan demikian terdapat 20 kombinasi perlakuan yang masing – masing perlakuan diulang sebanyak 3 kali, sehingga didapat 60 satuan percobaan. Parameter yang diamati adalah tinggi tanaman (cm), jumlah daun (helai), jumlah cabang pertanaman (cabang), bobot segar akar tanaman (g), bobot kering akar tanaman (g), Jumlah polong total pertanaman (buah), jumlah bobot polong isi pertanaman (g), jumlah bobot polong tidak berisi (g), bobot 100 butir biji kering (g), bobot biji kering pertanaman (g). Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pupuk kotoran ayam dengan dosis 20 ton/ha (A3) memberikan hasil terbaik pada parameter bobot segar akar tanaman (9,71 g). Pemberian Trichoderma sp. (B2) memberikan hasil terbaik pada parameter bobot kering akar tanaman (3,95 g). Interaksi antara pemberian pupuk kotoran ayam dan Trichoderma sp. terdapat pada parameter bobot segar akar tanaman A3B1 (10,05 g) dan pada parameter bobot kering akar tanaman A2B3 (5,24 g).
