Abstract
This research was conducted at Bank BTN Kc Karawaci. Location of the study was taken because Bank BTN is a Bank that has specialized in providing subsidized mortgage loans. The purpose of writing this final report is to determine how the Granting Procedure subsidized housing loan and how the Accounting Record on Subsidized housing loan in the Savings Bank Negara (Persero) Kc Karawaci. The method used in the preparation of this thesis uses descriptive method. From the results showed that: The purpose of Subsidized housing loan is to help low-income communities in meeting their need for a place to stay. Procedures for granting mortgages include product introduction phase, filling the application form, interview, checking the data, On the spot, SP3K, realization of credit, and archiving data. Accounting Record Subsidized mortgage occurs when the client pays the fee process, monthly installment, Settlement, and Settlement accelerated

Tujuan penulisan Laporan Tugas Akhir ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana Prosedur Pemberian Kredit Pemilikan Rumah dan bagaimana Pencatatan Akuntansi atas transaksi Pembelian Kredit KPR Bersubsidi pada PT Bank Tabungan Negara Tbk (Persero) Kc Karawaci. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penyusunan tugas akhir ini menggunakan metode deskriptif. Dari hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa: Tujuan pemberian KPR Bersubsidi adalah untuk membantu masyarakat berpenghasilan rendah dalam memenuhi kebutuhannya akan tempat tinggal. Prosedur pemberian KPR meliputi Tahap pengenalan produk, Pengisian form aplikasi, Wawancara, Pengecekan data, On the spot, SP3K, Realisasi kredit, dan Pengarsipan data. Pencatatan Akuntansi KPR Bersubsidi terjadi pada saat nasabah membayar Biaya Proses, Angsuran bulanan, Pelunasan, dan Pelunasan dipercepat. | |||||||||
