Abstract
This study is to analysis the development of TAMASA saving product on period 2013-2015 in the PD.BPR Serang Central Office. The purpose of this study is to know development of TAMASA period 2013-2015 in the PD.BPR Serang Central Office, and explain what is being done PD.BPR Serang Central Office in the attracting customers. The method to analysis the research is descriptive. Descriptive method that is done by observing, analyzing data, identifying and then a presentation by explaining the meaning or significance of the data systematically tp solve the problem. The developlment of TAMASA saving product on periode 2013-2015 in the PD.BPR Serang Central Office has increased very significantly and compared favorably with other saving product such as savings TAS and TAPENA. There are saveral influences the development of saving product TAMASA in the period 2013-2015 as saving with prizes, promotions, and policy bank. There is also an increase in product development efforts TAMASA such as keeping customers, maintaining the good name PD.BPR Serang Central Office, maintaining quality and product quality and provide the best service to it’s customers

| Additional Information: | Dalam penelitian ini, penulis menganalisis tentang perkembangan produk Tabungan Masyarkat Desa (TAMASA) Periode Tahun 2013-2015 Pada PD.BPR Serang Kantor Pusat. Tujuan penulisan tugas akhir ini yaitu untuk mengetahui perkembangan produk tabungan TAMASA pada PD.BPR Serang Kantor Pusat dalam periode tahun 2013-2015 serta menjelaskan upaya apa saja yang dilakukan PD.BPR Serang Kantor Pusat dalam memikat nasabahnya. Metode yang digunakan untuk menganalisis penelitian tersebut adalah metode deskriptif. Metode deskriptif yakni dilakukan dengan cara mengamati, menganalisis data, mengidentifikasi kemudian menginterpresentasikan dengan menjelaskan makna atau arti dari data-data secara sistematis untuk memecahkan masalah. Perkembangan produk Tabungan Masyarakat Desa (TAMASA) Periode Tahun 2013-2015 Pada PD.BPR Serang Kantor Pusat mengalami peningkatan yang sangat signifikan dan baik dibandingkan dengan produk tabungan lainnya seperti tabungan TAS dan TAPENA. Terdapat beberapa pengaruh perkembangan produk tabungan TAMASA pada periode tahun 2013-2015 seperti tabungan berhadiah, promosi, dan kebijakan bank. Ada pula upaya peningkatan dalam perkembangan produk TAMASA seperti menjaga nasabahnya, menjaga nama baik PD.BPR Serang Kantor Pusat, menjaga mutu dan kualitas produk serta memberikan pelayanan yang terbaik untuk nasabahnya. | |||||||||
