Abstract

Trip's Agreement is the Agreement of Trade Related Aspects of the Intellectual Property Rights is an agreement on the WTO. Results from one of the negotiations within the framework of the Uruguay Round of trade multiratelar. Ratified by Indonesia in 1994. Then the results of the ratification created UUHC 2002 which was then refined through 2014. UUHC UUHC 2014 regulates the protection of cinematographic works in Indonesia, but remains widespread copyright infringement following the development of technology. As one website domain Indonesia that copyright infringement of cinematographic works of Japanese animation types, namely Animeindo.web.id sites. Researchers used the method of juridical-normative, descriptive analyst and approach legislation. The data used is secondary data to put Trip's Agreement and UUHC 2014 as the main material / primer and a variety of literature as a secondary material. Data obtained through library research both directly and through site visits METI official, Director General of Intellectual Property Rights, MCIT and Animeindo.web.id. Research conducted to find common ground that cinematographic works on Japanese animation is protected by Indonesia through 2014. UUHC with diimplemtasikannya Trip's Agreement, the sanctions may be imposed on the site where the Japanese Animeindo.web.id filed a lawsuit with the Court of Commerce in Indonesia.
