Abstract

This research was taken from the formulation of the problem that Originated of low performance of employees in PT. Krakatau Steel (Persero) Tbk. From the problems of this research was conducted the analyze of theory and the searches of previous research.so, it was formulated into three hypothesis H1, H2, H3. The method of this research are descriptive and verificative that uses a sample 45 respondents and the number of population are 45 employees. By instrument of questioner research that organized by Transformational Leadership Style (X1), Intrinsic Motivation (X2), and Job Satisfaction on Performance (X3), and Employee Performance (Y), with a number 20 statement. The results of the data processing show that partial transformational leadership style influential the positive and significant effect on the performance of employees in PT. Krakatau Steel (Persero) Tbk, intrinsic motivation positive and significant effect on the performance of employees at PT. Krakatau Steel (Persero) Tbk, and job satisfaction on performance and a significant positive effect on the performance of employees at the PT. Krakatau Steel (Persero) Tbk. Additional Information: Penelitian ini diangkat dari rumusan masalah yang berawal dari masalah rendahnya kinerja karyawan di PT. Krakatau Steel (Persero) Tbk. Dari permasalahan penelitian ini dilakukan telaah teori dan penelusuran penelitian terdahulu maka dirumuskan 3 hipotesis yaitu H1, H2, dan H3. metode penelitian ini yaitu deskriptif dan verifikatif yang menggunakan sampel penelitian 45 responden dari jumlah populasi sebanyak 45 karyawan. Dengan instrument penelitian kuesioner yang disusun berdasarkan Gaya Kepemimpinan Transformasional (X1), Motivasi Instrinsik (X2), Kepuasan Kerja (X3), dan Kinerja Karyawan (Y), dengan jumlah 20 pernyataan. Hasil pengolahan data menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial gaya kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Krakatau Steel (Persero) Tbk, motivasi instrinsik berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Krakatau Steel (Persero) Tbk dan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Krakatau Steel (Persero) Tbk
