Abstract
This research the about implementation of Agropolitan development in Baros Serang District. Backgraund of research are incomplete requirement administration and bad coordination, socialization and not enough supporting infrastructure. The research aim for knowing the implementation of agropolitan development program in Baros, Serang District. The teory of Van Matter and Van Horn (2008) pilled up by six dimention which is standard andpolicy purpose, resource, characteristics of agent implementer, attitude/tendency the implementer. Communication between organitation and implementer activity, social environment, economy and politic. The metod which is use in this research is qualitative metod with descriptive approach, determination informar by purposive technic. Accumulation data technic by perform observation and direct interview and documentation. Validity data examination in this research is triangulation and take a member chek. Analysis data technic research attend to Prasetya Irawan’s concept. The results showed that the implementation of the development Agropolitan in Baros is not quite optimal. This is evident from the effort seriousness and commitment of the relevant government agencies to support the development Agropolitan, established harmonic cooperation between planning and development regional agency, departmen of agriculture, departmen of public job, departmen of tourism and public is not involved within the agropolitan development in Baros. The recommendation of yhis research are that the related goverment need to increase cooperation, coordination, and socialization and development the capacity, enhancement knowledge for fully supports the agropolitan development in Baros Subdistrict.

| Additional Information: | Penelitian ini mengenai pengembangan kawasan Agropolitan di Kecamatan Baros Kabupaten Serang. Dengan dilatarbelakangi oleh belum lengkapnya syarat administrasi dan buruknya koordinasi dan sosialisasi serta belum tercukupi infrastuktur penunjang. Sehingga tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan program pengembangan Kawasan Agropolitan di Kecamatan Baros Kabupaten Serang. didasarkan dari teori implementasi Van Matter dan Van Horn (2008) yang terdiri dari enam dimensi yaitu ukuran dan tujuan kebijakan, sumberdaya, karakteristik agen pelaksana, sikap/kecendrungan (dispotition) para pelaksana, komunikasi antar organisasi dan aktivitas pelaksana, lingkungan sosial, ekonomi dan politik. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif penentuan informannya mengunakan teknik purposive. Teknik pengumpulan data melakukan observasi dan wawancara langsung serta dokumentasi. Pengujian keabsahan data dalam penelitian ini triangulasi dan mengadakan member chek Teknik analisis data penelitian mengikuti konsep Prasetya Irawan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan pengembangan Agropolitan di Baros masih belum optimal. Hal ini terlihat dari belum adanya keseriusan dan komitmen dari lembaga pemerintah terkait untuk mendukung pengembangan Agropolitan, belum terjalinnya kerjasama yang harmonis antara Bappeda dengan Dinas Pertanian, Dinas Pekerjaan Umum, Dinas Pariwisata serta tidak dilibatkannya masyarakat dalam perencanaan pengembangan Agropolitan di Baros. peneliti memberikan saran yaitu lembaga pemerintah terkait perlu meningkatkan kerjasama, koordinasi, sosialisasi dan pembangunan kapasitas serta peningkatan wawasan untuk mendukung sepenuhnya pengembangan Agropolitan di Kecamatan Baros | |||||||||
