Abstract
This study on the "Effectiveness of Personal Selling In Cilegon Primkokas " . The purpose of this study was to determine the process of implementation of personal selling in Primkokas Cilegon , the effectiveness of personal selling in trading & service management department Data collected through observation during the industrial internship External Business Division ( Manufacture Trading & Service Division Manager ) Primkokas Cilegon . By using several methods , namely interview, fieldwork, and literature study. Results from this study indicate that personal selling at the Department of Trade Primkokas can be analyzed based on stages of personal selling , rate the effectiveness of personal selling companies need their appropriate targets in order to increase sales or reservations and welfare of employees

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui proses pelaksanaan personal selling pada Primkokas Cilegon, efektivitas personal selling pada departemen trading & service management. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi selama magang industri pada Divisi Bisnis Eksternal (Manufacture Trading & Service Division Manager) Primkokas Cilegon. Dengan menggunakan beberapa metode, yaitu Interview (wawancara), Observation (penelitian lapangan), dan Library research (studi kepustakaan) Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa personal selling pada Departemen Trading Primkokas dapat dianalisis berdasarkan Tahapan-tahapan personal selling, Tingkat keefektifitasan personal selling perusahaan perlu adanya sasaran yang sesuai agar penjualan atau pemesanan meningkat dan mensejahterakan karyawan | |||||||||
