Abstract

The earthquake is a vibration caused by the release of energy that creates seismic waves. Indonesia is a country prone to earthquakes due to have four major tectonic plates a great the pacific plates , eurasian plates , plates of the australian continent and slabs indo australia. The magnitude of the earthquake and the response spectrum parameters stipulated in SNI 1726 2012 which is a revision of SNI 03 1726 2002. This research disscusses design of reinforced concrete structures SRPMK which includes three main structural elements, which are beams, columns and joint with 9-story building located in Serang and build on hard soil is modeled with program ETABS v.9.6. The material used is concrete reinforced with f'c 30 Mpa. The loads that included are gravity loads (dead load and live load) based on PPPURG 1987 and horizontal load (dynamic response spectrum earthquake load and static equivalent) based on SNI 1726 2012. The building structure is analyzed against drift, p-delta and torsion. Results from this research showed with the main column dimensions of 550 mm x 550 mm and beam dimension of 300 mm x 600 mm structure of the building has been able to bear gravity and horizontal load in accordance convenience and safety factor. Maximum story drift that occurs is 42.62 mm (due to response spectrum load) and 66.57 mm (due to static ekuivalent force) is still under limit story drift alowed of 67.31 mm, translation without rotation occurs in mode 1 and 2, and base shear force that occur at 3730,58 kN (due to statik ekuialent force) amd 2212,16 kN (due to response spectrum load).

Additional Information: Gempa bumi merupakan getaran yang terjadi akibat pelepasan energi yang menciptakan gelombang seismik. Indonesia merupakan Negara yang rawan terhadap gempa bumi karena memiliki empat lempeng tektonik yang besar yaitu Lempeng Pasifik, Lempeng Eurasia, Lempeng Benua Australia dan Lempeng Indo Australia. Besarnya parameter gempa dan respon spectrum diatur dalam SNI 1726 2012 yang merupakan revisi dari SNI 03 1726 2002. Penelitian ini membahas tentang perencanaan struktur beton bertulang SRPMK yang meliputi tiga elemen struktur utama yaitu balok, kolom dan joint, dengan bangunan 9 lantai pada lokasi gempa di Serang dengan tanah keras dimodelkan pada program ETABS v.9.6. Material yang digunakan beton Bertulang dengan f’c 30 Mpa. Pembebanan (beban mati dan beban hidup) sesuai PPPURG 1987 dan beban horizontal (beban gempa dinamik respon spektrum dan statik ekivalen) sesuai SNI 1726 2012. Struktur bangunan dianalisis terhadap, simpangan, prilaku struktur, p-delta dan torsi. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan pada dimensi kolom utama 550 mm x 550 mm balok utama 300 mm x 600 mm struktur gedung sudah mampu memikul beban gravitasi dan horizontal sesuai dengan faktor kenyamanan dan keamanan . Simpangan maksimum yang terjadi yaitu sebesar 42.62 mm (akibat respon spektrum) dan 66.57 mm (akibat statik ekivalen) tidak melewati batas simpangan yang diizinkan yaitu sebesar 67.31 mm, translasi tanpa mengalami torsi terjadi pada mode 1 dan 2, dan gaya geser dasar yang terjadi sebesar 3730,58 kN (akibat statik ekivalen) dan 2212,16 kN (akibat respon spektrum).
