Abstract
The purpose of writing report is to know the system and procedures for cash receipts levy route permits and collect fees to determine the route permit procedures at the Department of Transportation, Communication and Information Banten. In this study, the method used is descriptive method. This study, using primary data and secondary data obtained from the Department of Transportation, Communication and Information Banten. Source of data derived from field studies and literature. The data collected through interviews, observation, and documentation. From the results obtained in the field, systems and procedures for accounting of cash receipts at the Department of Transportation, Communications and Information Technology Banten province in accordance with Government Accounting Standards (SAP) of Government Regulation No. 71 Year 2010, the adoption of the accrual basis of Regulation 64 of 2013, and Rule Banten Governor No. 10 Year 2015 on the Amendment of Banten Governor Regulation No. 89 Year 2014 on Guidelines for Budget Banten Provincial Fiscal Year 2015.

| Additional Information: | Tujuan dari penulisan laporan ini adalah untuk mengetahui sistem dan prosedur penerimaan kas retribusi izin trayek dan untuk mengetahui prosedur pungutan retribusi izin trayek pada Dinas Perhubungan, Komunikasi dan Informatika Provinsi Banten. Dalam penulisan ini metode yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif. Penulisan ini menggunakan data primer dan data sekunder yang diperoleh dari Dinas Perhubungan, Komunikasi dan Informatika Provinsi Banten. Sumber data berasal dari studi lapangan dan studi kepustakaan. Cara pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, pengamatan, dan dokumentasi. Dari hasil yang diperoleh di lapangan, sistem dan prosedur akuntansi penerimaan kas pada Dinas Perhubungan, Komunikasi dan Informatika Provinsi Banten sesuai dengan Standar Akuntansi Pemerintahan (SAP) Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 71 Tahun 2010, penerapan berbasis akrual permendagri 64 tahun 2013, dan Peraturan Gubernur Banten Nomor 10 Tahun 2015 tentang Perubahan atas Peraturan Gubernur Banten Nomor 89 Tahun 2014 tentang Pedoman Pelaksanaan Anggaran Pendapatan dan Belanja Daerah Provinsi Banten Tahun Anggaran 2015 | |||||||||
