Abstract
Companies use ERP systems to increase the availability of information, have real time information for decision making, maximize business process efficiency, increase productivity and accelerate business processes, and others. When ERP projects are successfully implemented, the system can benefit the organization to a new level of profitability, but system failure can throw the organization out of the market. In this study, the researcher considers two perspectives for control systems: First, interactive system control systems and second, diagnostic control systems. Both control systems support ERP implementation. The interactive control system supports organizational change to increase employee motivation in ERP implementation, while diagnostic controls ensure the results. Based on a review of the existing literature, the researcher tries to investigate the role of management control systems (MSS) in ERP implementation in organizations that can improve company performance.
