RAHIMUDIN DKK (116 PEOPLE) AGAINST PT. ASA BANGUN NUSANTARA The Protection of Workers is intended to ensure the basic rights of workers and ensure equal opportunity and treatment without discrimination on any ground for the welfare of workers and their families to remain Attention development progress of the business world . Objects into research in this thesis is the Industrial Relations Court Ruling No. 49/G/2011/PHI.SRG who already have permanent legal force. Authors in conducting research using the Research Library by presenting the form of qualitative analysis. That the Industrial Relations Court Ruling number 49/G/2011/PHI.SRG of workers have been won lawsuit, but the decision cannot be implemented, so it is interesting to do a study by author.
