Abstract
Fokus penelitian ini adalah Tingkat Partisipasi Masyarakat dalam Pelaksanaan Program Kampung Tangguh Nusantara. Latar belakang penelitian ini yaitu rendahnya partisipasi masyarakat yang diberikan dalam program Kampung Tangguh Nusantara. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengukur tingkat partisipasi masyarakat dan mengetahui faktor yang mempengaruhi rendahnya tingkat partisipasi masyarakat. Teori yang digunakan yaitu Partisipasi Masyarakat menurut Keith Davis (1995: 179), tingkat partisipasi dapat diukur dengan keterlibatan mental dan emosional individu, ketersediaan memberikan sumbangan, dan tanggungjawab individu. Metode yang digunakan yaitu metode deskriptif kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian ini yaitu masyarakat Desa Namboilir sebagai pelaksana utama Program Kampung Tangguh Nusantara dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 154 responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik propotional random area sampling. Hasil yang didapat dari penelitian ini yaitu partisipasi masyarakat mencapai 65% dari angka yang dihipotesiskan < 70% dan nilai rata-rata variabel penelitian masuk kategori partisipasi sedang. Adapun faktor yang mempengaruhi tingkat partisipasi masyarakat yaitu pendidikan, kepemimpinan, kurangnya keterlibatan stakholder dan sumberdaya financial yang tidak memadai. Saran dalam penelitian ini yaitu perlunya sosialisasi secara intensif untuk meningkatkan partisipasi masyarakat, melakukan inovasi dengan pemberdayaan masyarakat, meningkatkan keaktifan dan kapasitas pengurus Satgas Kampung Tangguh Nusantara, dan perlunya kejelasan peran dan tanggungjawab dalam berkolaborasi antar sektor.

| Additional Information: | The focus of this research is the level of community participation in the implementation of the Tangguh Nusantara Village Program. The background of this research is the low level of community participation in the Tangguh Nusantara Village program. The purpose of this research is to measure the level of community participation and to find out the factors that influence the low level of community participation. The theory used is Community Participation according to Keith Davis (1995: 179), the level of participation can be measured by the mental and emotional involvement of individuals, the availability of contributions, and individual responsibility. The method used is descriptive quantitative method. The population of this research is the people of Namboilir Village as the main implementer of the Tangguh Nusantara Village Program with a total sample of 154 respondents. The sampling technique used proportional random area sampling technique. The results obtained from this study are that community participation reaches 65% of the hypothesized figure of <70% and the average value of the research variables is in the category of moderate participation. The factors that influence the level of community participation are education, leadership, lack of stakeholder involvement and inadequate financial resources. Suggestions in this study are the need for intensive socialization to increase community participation, innovate by empowering the community, increasing the activity and capacity of the Tangguh Nusantara Village Task Force management, and the need for clarity of roles and responsibilities in collaborating between sectors. | |||||||||
