Abstract

Laju reaksi merupakan salah satu materi pelajaran kimia yang sering dianggap sulit oleh peserta didik karena banyaknya perhitungan dan pembelajaran yang kurang menarik disebabkan karena metode ceramah yang menyebabkan peserta didik merasa jenuh selama pembelajaran dan bahan ajar yang digunakan berupa LKPD yang bersifat menoton berisikan materi singkat dan soal-soal. Pembelajaran kimia yang kurang menarik dapat diganti menjadi pembelajaran kimia yang dapat memberikan makna bagi peserta didik, salah satunya pembelajaran yang menghubungkan fenomena kebudayaan masyarakat sekitar disebut etnosains. Fenomena etnosains yang dapat dipelajari yaitu topik penggunaan abu gosok. Proses pembelajaran etnosains ini dapat berjalan baik dengan adanya LKPD. LKPD berbasis etnosains dalam penggunaan abu gosok pada materi laju reaksi telah diujicobakan di SMAN 4 Kota Serang. Pengembangan menggunakan model ADDIE (analysis, design, development, implementation, evaluation). Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui lembar angket analisis kebutuhan, lembar angket respon peserta didik dan lembar validasi kelayakan LKPD. LKPD ini telah divalidasi oleh tujuh validator dengan kriteria baik dengan persentase yang diperoleh 91% dikategorikan sangat baik dan hasil angket respon peserta didik sebesar 87,6% dikategorikan sangat baik. Hasil yang diperoleh pada penelitian ini adalah LKPD berbasis etnosains dalam penggunaan abu gosok pada materi laju reaksi telah memenuhi kriteria valid dan layak digunakan dalam pembelajaran.

Additional Information: The reaction rate is one of chemistry subject matter which is often considered difficult by students because of the many calculations and learning that are less interesting due to the lecture method that causes students to feel bored during the learning and teaching materials used in the form of monotony LKPD containing short material and many question. Less interesting chemistry learning can be replaced by chemistry learning that can give meaning to students, one of which is learning that connects the phenomena of the surrounding culture called ethnoscience. The ethnoscience phenomenon that can be studied is the topic of the use of rice husk ash. The ethnics learning process can work well with the LKPD. Ethnoscience based LKPD in the use of rubbing ash on the reaction rate has been tested at SMAN 4 Serang City. Development used on the ADDIE model (analysis, design, development, implementation, evaluation). Data was collected through a needs analysis questionnaire sheet, student response questionnaire sheets and LKPD validation sheets. This LKPD has been validated by seven validators with good criteria with the percentage obtained by 91% categorized as very good and the results of the questionnaire responses of students by 87.6% categorized as very good. The results obtained in this study were ethnics-based LKPD in the use of rice husk ash on the reaction rate had the valid criteria and were suitable for used in learning.
