Abstract
The application of appropriate technology is a process of facilitating the community as an effort to develop welfare through increasing knowledge and skills according to the needs of the community through the application of appropriate technology so that the technology functions for the purposes that have been designed and for the targets or target groups that have been planned. This study aims (1) To find out the process of applying appropriate technology in developing the abilities of farmers in Sumur Pecung Village (2) To find out the results of applying appropriate technology in developing the abilities of farmers in Sumur Pecung Village (3) To find out what are the supporting and inhibiting factors application of appropriate technology in developing the capabilities of farmers in the Sumur Pecung Village. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation. The data source for this research consisted of 6 people, namely 1 Head of Posyantek who is also the manager of the application of appropriate technology, the Berkah Tani Farmer Group and 5 members of the community who are the chairmen and members of the application of appropriate technology. The results of the study show that: (1) the process of implementing appropriate technology has been carried out well, in the process of implementing farmers have followed the steps planned by the posyantek through, identifying potentials/problems, selecting appropriate technology, determining recipient targets, transfer methods appropriate technology, monitoring and monitoring and evaluation (2) the results of the application of appropriate technology can increase abilities starting from the cognitive, affective and psychomotor aspects (3) supporting and inhibiting factors for the application of appropriate technology. Supporting factors and inhibiting factors in the application of appropriate technology include technological factors, individual factors, organizational support factors and environmental factors.

| Additional Information: | Penerapan teknologi tepat guna merupakan proses memfasilitasi masyarakat sebagai upaya mengembangkan kesejahteraan melalui peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan sesuai dengan kebutuhan masyarakat melalui penerapan teknologi tepat guna menyebabkan teknologi itu berfungsi untuk tujuan-tujuan yang telah di rancang dan untuk sasaran atau kelompok sasaran yang telah direncanakan. Penelitian ini bertujuan (1) Untuk mengetahui proses penerapan teknologi tepat guna dalam mengembangkan kemampuan petani di Kelurahan Sumur Pecung (2) Untuk mengetahui hasil penerapan teknologi tepat guna dalam mengembangkan kemampuan petani di Kelurahan Sumur Pecung (3) Untuk mengetahui apa sajakah faktor pendukung dan penghambat penerapan teknologi tepat guna dalam mengembangkan kemampuan petani di Kelurahan Sumur Pecung. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Sumber data penelitian ini terdiri dari 6 orang, yaitu 1 Ketua Posyantek sekaligus pengelola penerapan teknologi tepat guna , Kelompok Tani Berkah Tani dan 5 masyarakat yang menjadi ketua dan anggota penerapan teknologi tepat guna. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa : (1) proses penerapan teknologi tepat guna yang sudah dilakukan dengan baik, dalam proses penerapan petani telah mengikuti langkah yang telah di rencanakan oleh posyantek melalui, identifikasi potensi/masalah, pemilihan teknologi tepat guna, penetapan sasaran penerima, metode transfer teknologi tepat guna, monitoring dan monev (2) hasil penerapan teknologi tepat guna dapat meningkatkan kemampuan mulai dari segi kognitif,afektif dan psikomotrik (3) faktor pendukung dan penghambat penerapan teknologi tepat guna. Faktor pendukung dan faktor penghambat pada penerapan teknologi tepat guna meliputi faktor teknologi, faktor individual, faktor daya dukung organisasi dan faktor lingkungan. | |||||||||
