Abstract
There are many factors that can affect learning outcomes, including factors that come from within a person, such as anxiety and motivation that students have. This study aims to determine the influence between mathematics anxiety and learning motivation on mathematics learning outcomes of class XI-MIPA students of SMA Negeri 3 Cilegon. This research was carried out at SMA Negeri 3 Cilegon, with a research sample of 180 students who were all students of class XIMIPA taken with a simple random sampling technique. This study uses a quantitative research approach. The data collection method used is a questionnaire. The instruments of this study are the mathematical anxiety scale and the learning motivation scale. The data analysis technique uses descriptive and inferential statistical techniques consisting of normality tests and linearity tests as well as hypothesis testing using product moment correlation and multiple regression analysis. The result of this research shows that: (1) There was a negative (low) and significant influence of anxiety on learning outcomes, based on the calculation, tcount > ttable (4,242 > 1,973) with a significance level of 5%. (2) There is a positive (moderate) and significant influence of motivation on learning outcomes, based on the calculation, tvalue > ttable (6,112 > 1,973) with a significance level of 5%. (3) There is a significant influence of anxiety and motivation on learning outcomes, based on the calculation, Fvalue > Ftable (19.295 > 3.04672) with a significance level of 5%.

| Additional Information: | Terdapat banyak faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi hasil belajar, termasuk faktor yang berasal dari dalam diri seseorang, misalnya kecemasan dan motivasi yang dimiliki siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh antara kecemasan matematika dan motivasi belajar terhadap hasil belajar matematika siswa kelas XI-MIPA SMA Negeri 3 Cilegon. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SMA Negeri 3 Cilegon, dengan sampel penelitian berjumlah 180 siswa yang merupakan seluruh siswa kelas XI-MIPA yang diambil dengan teknik simple random sampling. Pendekatan yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantittatif. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah kuesioner. Instrumen pada penelitian ini adalah skala kecemasan matematika dan skala motivasi belajar. Teknik analis data menggunakan teknik statistik deskriptif dan inferensial yang terdiri dari uji normalitas dan uji linieritas serta pengujian hipotesis menggunakan korelasi product moment dan analisis regresi ganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Ada pengaruh negatif (rendah) dan signifikan kecemasan terhadap hasil belajar, berdasarkan perhitungan thitung > ttabel (4,242 > 1,973) dengan taraf signifikansi 5%. (2) Ada pengaruh positif (sedang) dan signifikan motivasi terhadap hasil belajar, berdasarkan perhitungan thitung > ttabel (6,112 > 1,973) dengan taraf signifikansi 5%. (3) Ada pengaruh pengaruh (sedang) dan signifikan kecemasan dan motivasi terhadap hasil belajar, berdasarkan perhitungan Fhitung > Ftabel (19,295 > 3,04672) dengan taraf signifikansi 5%. | |||||||||
