Abstract

The scheduling aspect currently plays a very important role in the control process and planning process, scheduling problems often occur in companies that work seven days a week so that they do not produce optimal performance. Krakatau Medika Hospital is a hospital that operates to serve patients 24 hours but found uneven scheduling of work shifts in the class 3 inpatient room so that the nurse's workload is different and there are errors in determining the number of nurses on duty, more or less the work schedule of a nurse in 1 month and there is also a problem where a nurse has an irregular holiday schedule. The last problem is the number of nurses in one shift which has an impact on labor costs, for this reason, the purpose of this study is to determine the optimal number of nurses provided and determine the number of working days that nurses get during 1 period. The method of solving automatic scheduling uses the Integer Linear Programming (ILP) model. Based on the Integer Linear Programming (ILP) method which is adjusted to the function of goals and existing boundaries using LINGO software and sensitivity analysis obtained the number of nurses as many as 27 people, each nurse worked 1 shift every day for a period or 28 days so that no nurse had an excessive and more even working day.

Additional Information: Aspek penjadwalan saat ini memegang peranan yang sangat penting dalam proses pengendalian maupun proses perencanaan, permasalahan penjadwalan seringkali terjadi dalam perusahaan yang bekerja tujuh hari dalam seminggu sehingga tidak menghasilkan kinerja optimal. Rumah Sakit Krakatau Medika merupakan rumah sakit yang beroperasi melayani pasien 24 jam namun ditemukan penjadwalan shift kerja yang tidak merata pada ruang rawat inap kelas 3 sehingga beban kerja perawat berbeda dan terdapat kesalahan dalam menentukan jumlah perawat yang bertugas, lebih kurangnya jadwal kerja suatu perawat dalam 1 bulan dan juga terdapat masalah dimana suatu perawat memiliki jadwal libur yang tidak teratur. Permasalahan terakhir jumlah perawat dalam satu shift berlebih dimana hal ini berdampak pada biaya tenaga kerja, untuk itu tujuan penelitian ini adalah menentukan jumlah optimal perawat yang disediakan dan menentukan jumlah hari kerja yang didapatkan para perawat selama 1 periode. Metode penyelesaian penjadwalan otomatis menggunakan model Integer Linear Programming (ILP). Berdasarkan metode Integer Linear Programming (ILP) yang disesuaikan dengan fungsi tujuan dan batasan-batasan yang ada dengan menggunakan software LINGO dan dilakukannya analisa sensitivitas didapatkan jumlah perawat sebanyak 27 orang, setiap perawat bekerja 1 shift di setiap harinya selama satu periode atau 28 hari sehingga tidak ada perawat yang memiliki hari kerja berlebih dan lebih merata.
