Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui proses internalisasi nilai karakter tanggung jawab melalui ekstrakurikuler marching band. Penelitian ini dilakukan di sekolah MA Al-Inayah, Kecamatan Cibeber, Kota Cilegon menggunakan metode pendekatan kualitatif. Pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, studi dokumentasi, dan observasi dengan analisis data menggunakan model Miles dan Haberrman. Analisis data menggunakan reduksi data, penyajian data, penarikan kesimpulan, keabsahan data dilakukan dengan triangulasi teknik dan sumber. Hasil penelitian menemukan proses internalisasi nilai karakter tanggung jawab melalui ekstrakurikuler marching band MA Al-Inayah, bagaimana dari setiap anggota marching band bertanggung jawab dengan tugas mereka. Hambatanhambatan yang di rasakan oleh tiap-tiap anggota marching band yang berasal dari ektsternal maupun internal berupa rasa malas,atau pengaruh dari lingkungan yang membuat anggota marching band malas untuk mengikuti latihan. Serta adanya upaya atau solusi dari pelatih untuk mengatasi hambatan-hambatan tersebut, agar anggota marching band tetap melaksanakan tanggung jawabnya dalam mengikuti

Additional Information: This research is taken from several problems that occur in many schools around us, that many schools are not functioning extracurricularly. And even there are still schools that do not have extracurricular programs, even though extracurricular activities really help schools to shape student character. Other than that now many students of pare unable to fill their free time with useful things, so as to make students have a distorted attitude. By providng a forum for students to fill their free time with useful activities, it will help the schools in shaping the character of students. This research has the aim of forming the character of the students responsibility in the process of forming the character of responsibility through an extracurricular. In this study also explained the child character formation model in addition in this study to determine the benefits of marching band extracurricular activities for student character formation. So that it can know the results of the attitude habituation when attending extracurricular marching band and the results of refraction will greatly affect the character of students. This research shows that responsibility will be able to shape the character of students through the marching band extracurricular because the trainersalways use the habituation method during training so students can get used to doing the character of responsibility. Although the trainer places more emphasis on the character of responsibility at the time of practice it will also implant other characters in students.
