Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Interpersonal Communication and Leadership Style Autocratic the Employee Performance in PT. Sentrasurya Abadi Rangkasbitung, Lebak. This type of research is quantitative research and research using survey techniques. This study uses literature and field research such as interviews, observation and questionnaires. With a sample of 40 respondents, the sampling technique using a quota sample. Data processing research done using SPSS version 19. From the results of the discussion and the results of calculations using the SPSS program obtained value R = 0.811 by this shows a strong relationship between the variables X1 (Interpersonal Communication) and X2 (Leadership Style Autocratic) to Y (Performance Employees). While the determination coefficient of 0.658 means that the influence of Interpersonal Communication and Leadership Style Autocratic the Employee Performance amounted to 65.8% and the remaining 34.2% is influenced by other factors outside of this research, which means that if the implementation of Interpersonal Communication and autocratic leadership style is done with both will affect employee performance improvement. From the test results obtained by the results of the F count> F table (35.653> 3.25) then H0 is rejected and Ha accepted, meaning that there was feasible test between Interpersonal Communication and Leadership Style Autocratic the Employee Performance in PT. Sentrasurya Abadi Rangkasbitung, Lebak and obtained the following multiple regression equation Y = 3,837 + 0.047 X1 + 1.374 X2.
