Abstract

This research was taken from the formulation of the problem to a decrease in performance of employees at PT Krakatau Steel (Persero) Tbk, which is shown by the high number of total time Man Hour Loss in the period of 2011 to 2015. From this the researchers conducted an examination of the problems of theory and previous research search then formulated hypothesis is H1, H2, and H3, the method in this study is descriptive research using a sample of as much as 97 respondents with a questionnaire research instrument in the Arrange by indicators of organizational culture (X1), the discipline of work (X2), organizational commitment (X3), and the performance of the employees (Y), with a total of 21 statement statement. The results of the processing of data showed that partially organizational culture positive and significant effect on performance of employees in the Directorate of production of PT Krakatau Steel (Persero) Tbk, the discipline of work and significant positive effect on performance of employees in the Directorate of production of PT Krakatau Steel (Persero) Tbk, the Organization's commitment to a positive and significant effect on performance of employees in the Directorate of production of PT Krakatau Steel (Persero) Tbk.
