Abstract

The purpose of the paper is the final report to determine the suitability of accounting anda procedures the payment of death claims for the product Mitra Iqra AJB Bumiputera 1912 syariah branch offices in Serang with applicable SOPs, constraints in submission of payment claims, and the efforts of what has been done to overcome them. Method used is descriptive method, the method of data collection using interviews, observation and documentation. Based on the results of apprenticeship known that the accounting procedures and the payment of death claims for the product Mitra Iqra AJB Bumiputera 1912 syariah branch offices in Serang are in compliance with applicable SOPs, and the efforts undertaken by the company to overcome the obstacles so well that in the process submission of payment claims may be running on time

Tujuan penulisan Laporan Tugas Akhir ini adalah untuk mengetahui kesesuaian prosedur dan akuntansi pembayaran klaim meninggal dunia untuk produk Mitra Iqra AJB Bumiputera 1912 kantor cabang syariah Serang dengan SOP yang berlaku, kendala-kendala dalam pengajuan pembayaran klaim, dan upaya-upaya apa yang telah dilakukan untuk mengatasinya. Metode penulisan yang digunakan yaitu metode deskriptif, metode pengumpulan data yang menggunakan wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Berdasarkan hasil magang diketahui bahwa prosedur dan akuntansi pembayaran klaim meninggal dunia untuk produk Mitra Iqra AJB Bumiputera 1912 kantor cabang syariah Serang telah sesuai dengan SOP yang berlaku, dan upaya-upaya yang dilakukan oleh perusahaan untuk mengatasi kendala-kendala sangat baik sehingga proses dalam pengajuan pembayaran klaim dapat berjalan tepat waktu.
