Abstract

Abstrak Persepsi Karyawan Terhadap Pola Komunikasi Manager Di Pt.Sinar Niaga Sejahtera Depo Serang Oleh : Annisa Nurul Insani, 6662092771 Komunikasi Keatas Dan Kebawah Serta Kinerja Para Karyawan Di Pt.Sinar Niaga Sejahtera Depo Serang Sangat Penting. Tanpa Adanya Komunikasi Keatas Dan Kebawah Yang Baik Antara Pimpinan Dan Karyawan Maka Tidak Akan Tercipta Kinerja Karyawan Yang Baik Pula. Kendala Yang Sering Terjadi Di Pt.Sinar Niaga Sejahtera Depo Serang Adalah Kurangnya Komunikasi Yang Baik Antara Atasan Dan Karyawan Serta Kurangnya Perhatian Atasan Terhadap Para Karyawannya. Tujuan Penelitian Ini Adalah Untuk Mengetahui Seberapa Besar Pengaruh Komunikasi Manager Terhadap Tingkat Kinerja Para Karyawan Di Pt.Sinar Niaga Sejahtera Depo Serang. Metode Penelitian Yang Dipakai Ialah Metode Kuntitatif Yang Bersifat Asosiatif. Pada Penelitian Ini Peneliti Menggunakan Teori Human Relation Yang Dikutip Dari Buku Onong Uchana, Bahwa Teori Human Relation Merupakan Hubungan Antar Personal Manusia Yang Bersifat Lahiriah Kurang Memperhatikan Aspek Kejiwaan. Sehingga Tidak Memberikan Kepuasan Psikologis Suatu Hubungan Dikatakan Hubungan Kemanusiaan,Apabila Hubungan Tersebut Dapat Memberikan Kesadaran Dan Pengertian Sehingga Pihak Lain Yang Menerima Informasi Merasa Puas. Artinya Memberikan Pengaruh Positif Terhadap Tingkat Kinerja Karyawan, Analisis Korelasi Antara Variable X Dan Y 0,3 Pertanyaan Dikatakan Valid Atau Kuat, Sedangkan Dapat Ditarik Kesimpulan Ha Dan Ho Diterima Artinya Terdapat Ubungan Yang Positif Dan Signifikan Antara Komunikasi Manager Dengan Kinerja Karyawan. Kata Kunci : Pengaruh, Komunikasi Manager, Kinerja Karyawan

Without the up and down the communication between management and employees there is not a good employee performance as well. Obstacles often occur in prosperous commercial pt.sinar depot attack is a lack of good communication between employers and employees as well as a lack of attention to the employees boss. The purpose of this study was to determine how much influence the communication manager to the level of performance of the employees in the prosperous commercial pt.sinar depot attack. That the theory of human relations is a personal relationship between humans outward lack of attention to the psychological aspect. So do not give psychological satisfaction a relationship said human relationship, if this relationship can provide awareness and understanding so that others who receive information are satisfied. The research method used is quantitative method that is associative. In this study, researchers used the theory of human relations is quoted from the book onong uchana, means that a positive influence on employee performance level, the analysis of the correlation between the variables x and y of 0.3 question is said to be valid or strong, while it can be deduced ha and ho received means there an association that is a positive and significant correlation between communications manager with the employee's performance.
