Abstract
Wida Riandani, 6661111623, Universitas Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa, Fakultas Ilmu Sosial dan Ilmu Politik, Jurusan Ilmu Administrasi Negara, “Pengaruh Budaya Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Komisi Pemilihan Umum Kota Serang” Kata Kunci: Budaya Kerja, Kinerja Organisasi Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh yang signifikan antara budaya kerja terhadap kinerja Komisi Pemilihan Umum Kota Serang. Metode penelitian dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan pendekatan asosiatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 28 orang dan semuanya dijadikan sampel. Uji validitas dalam penelitian ini dengan r tabel = 0,374. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengaruh budaya kerja terhadap kinerja Komisi Pemilihan Umum Kota Serang adalah sangat kuat. Hasil perhitungan menyatakan bahwa adanya pengaruh budaya kerja terhadap kinerja Komisi Pemilihan Umum Kota Serang sebesar 0,980 dari perolehan perhitungan rumus koefisien korelasi product moment. Sehingga hipotesis yang digunakan dapat diterima. Penyebab pengaruh budaya kerja yang sangat kuat terhadap kinerja Komisi Pemilihan Umum Kota Serang adalah keterbukaan yang masih minimnya transparansi di Komisi Pemilihan Umum Kota Serang, sehingga menghasilkan kinerja yang tidak memuaskan pula. Saran peneliti berdasarkan penelitian ini adalah seharusnya Komisi Pemilihan Umum Kota Serang lebih terbuka dalam informasi yang berkaitan dengan kepemiluan dan anggaran yang digunakan agar masyarakat lebih mengetahuinya secara rinci/detail sehingga tidak menyebabkan kesalahpahaman

The research method in this research was quantitative with associative approach. The population in this study were 28 people and all of them were sample. The validity test of this research was r table = 0,374. The results showed that influence of cultural work towards Election Commission’ performance of Kota Serang is very strong. The calculation results showed that, there is significant influence between cultural work towards Election Commission’ performance of Kota Serang by 0,980, from the calculation formula of coefficient correlation product moment. Thus the hypothesis that used can be accepted. The influence of cultural work is very strong towards Election Commission’ performent of Kota Serang is because of the transparancy, which is still become a great issue in Election Commission’ of Kota Serang. This problem causes unsatisfaction performance. The suggestions from the researchers is the Election Commission of Kota Serang should be transparant and widely open to the public for information related to electoral and budgeting, so the people knowing in detail and clearly, and it could reduces misunderstanding. |
