Dampak Pembangunan Pelabuhan Perikanan Pantai (PPP) Labuan Terhadap Lingkungan Sosial Masyarakat Nelayan di Desa Teluk Kecamatan Labuan Kabupaten Pandeglang - Banten . Pembimbing I: Gandung Ismanto., S.Sos., M.Si dan Pembimbing II: Anis Fuad., S.Sos., M.Si. Keberadaan PPP di Desa Teluk Kecamatan Labuan mengakibatkan terjadinya dampak terhadap lingkungan sosial dan ekonomi bagi masyarakat sekitar. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui dampak pembangunan Pembangunan Pelabuhan Perikanan Pantai (PPP) pada lingkungan sosial masyarakat di Desa Teluk Kecamatan Labuan-Banten. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah dengan wawancara, observasi dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pembangunan PPP Labuan berdampak kepada kehidupan sosial dan ekonomi masyarakat Desa Teluk dan sekitarnya, dari dampak sosial PPP dalam hal pendidikan masyarakat sekitar mengalami peningkatan dan memiliki pola perpindahan penduduk yang tetap serta akibat dari pengerukan yang terlalu dalam berdampak pada hilangnya terumbu karang dan biota laut menjadi rusak. Selain itu terdapat dampak ekonomi seperti pendapatan nelayan meningkat namun karena alat tangkap dan musim yang ada, dengan adanya pelabuhan BPPP tidak mengubah pola hubungan antara pengusaha ikan dengan nelayan sehingga hasil tangkapan tidak terdampak langsung kepada nelayan dan nelayan belum memiliki potensi besar untuk sejahtera namun disisi lain terdapat keuntungan bagi masyarakat yaitu memberikan lapangan pekerjaan bagi masyarakat lokal ada yang berdagang sembako, menjual es, adanya SPBN serta pelayanan izin kapal lebih mudah. The purpose of this study is to determine the construction of PPP on the social environment of the people in Teluk village. In this research, the researcher applied qualitative descriptive approach, at which it is conducted based on the following process as data collection techniques: interview, observation, and documentation study. The result of the research showed that the construction of PPP have impacted social and economic life of people in Teluk village, from this social impact of PPP Labuan public education the people around increased and has persistent pattern of population movement and a result of the dredging that are too deep impacted on the loss of coral reefs and marine life become damaged. Besides, there are economic impacts such as the increase of the income level of fishermen but because due to fishing gear and exiting season, with the port BPPP does not change the pattern of relations between employers fish with fishermen so the catch is not impacted directly to fishermen and the fishermen do not have great potential to prosper but on the other hand there are benefits for the society by provide jobs for the local community there are trade groceries, there are sell the ice, there are SPBN and the service of the vessel permit easier.
