Abstract

Nesya Ayu Wardani, Nim 081100, Universitas Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa Serang-Banten, Fakultas Ilmu Sosial dan Ilmu Politik, Program Studi Ilmu Administrasi Negara, “Analisis Kinerja Pegawai di Sekretariat DPRD Provinsi Banten”. Kata Kunci : Kinerja, Analisis Kinerja Kinerja pemerintah daerah dapat dilihat dari kinerja pegawai atau aparatur pemerintahannya, peneliti memfokuskan penelitian ini di Sekretariat DPRD Provinsi Banten, dimana pegawai Sekretariat memiliki tugas pokok dan fungsi yaitu memfasilitasi anggota DPRD Provinsi Banten. Dalam menilai kinerja pekerjaan seseorang penilaian kinerja sangat penting bagi setiap pegawai untuk mengukur bagaimana prestasi kerja pegawai tersebut dan mengukur sejauh mana tugas pokok dan fungsi Sekretariat DPRD Provinsi Banten dapat terlaksana. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana kinerja pegawai di Sekretariat DPRD Provinsi Banten. Peneliti menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan menekankan pada konsep pengukuran kinerja menurut Teori Sedarmayanti sebagai faktor-faktor yang meliputi indikator kinerja yaitu : Prestasi Kerja, Keahlian, Perilaku, Kepemimpinan. Dalam pemilihan informan peneliti menggunakan purposive. Adapun teknik yang digunakan peneliti dalam pengumpulan data adalah wawancara, observasi dan studi dokumentasi. Kesimpulan dari hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa kinerja pegawai di Sekretariat DPRD Provinsi Banten masih dapat dikatakan buruk. Hal tersebut dikarenakan masih banyak pegawai yang melakukan tindakan tidak disiplin, lingkungan kerja yang kurang nyaman, serta kepemimpinan yang tidak tegas terhadap pegawai.

In assessing a persons job performance assesment work is essential for every employee to measure how the employee’s work performance and measure the extent of the duty and function of the secretariat for the DPRD of banten province can do the job. The goal of this research is to know how the performance of the secretariat for the DPRD in Banten Province. Researchers use qualitative research methods with emphasis on the concept of performance measurement according to sedarmayanti theory as a factors which include performance indicators namely : work achievment, skills, behavior, leadership. In the selection of research purposive informen using. The techniques used by the researcher to collect the data are by interview, observation and study documentation. The conclusion of the result of this research show that the performance of the secretariat of the DPRD in Banten Province still can be said to be bad. This is because there are still many employees who perform actions not discipilined, the less comfortable work environment, as well as leadership that doesnt firmly against the employees.
