Abstract
CIKITA RAHMAWATI, NIM. 6661112199. Kinerja Balai Perlindungan Sosial dalam Pelayanan dan Perlindungan Sosial Lanjut Usia Terlantar di Provinsi Banten. Program Studi Ilmu Administrasi Negara. Fakultas Ilmu Sosial dan Ilmu Politik. Universitas Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa. Pembimbing I : Arenawati, S. Sos, M. Si. Pembimbing II: Listyaningsih, S. Sos, M. Si. Kinerja Balai Perlindungan Sosial dalam Pelayanan dan Perlindungan Sosial Lanjut Usia Terlantar di Provinsi Banten. Dalam penelitian ini ada beberapa permasalahan yaitu: masih banyaknya jumlah lansia terlantar di Provinsi Banten, minimnya sosialisasi dan informasi tentang keberadaan balai, kurang tanggapnya pegawai balai terhadap kesehatan, belum optimalnya aturan pelayanan penerimaan. Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Kinerja Balai Perlindungan Sosial dalam Pelayanan dan Perlindungan Sosial Lanjut Usia Terlantar di Provinsi Banten. Ditinjau dari indikator Efisiensi, Efektifitas, Keadilan, dan Daya Tanggap. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif deskriptif. Data didapatakan dengan cara penyebaran kuesioner, teknik sampling yang digunakan untuk pengambilan sampel adalah sampel jenuh. Hasil penelitian ini adalah kinerja Balai Perlindungan Sosial dalam Pelayanan dan Perlindungan Sosial lanjut usia terlantar di Provinsi Banten sudah baik. Hal itu dapat dilihat dari nilai hasil pencapaian skor 68%. Jadi kesimpulannya adalah bahwa dari keempat indikator yang dapat dijadikan tolak ukur ada satu indikator yang memiliki skor rendah yaitu indikator efisiensi sebesar 63%. Saran yang diajukan peneliti yaitu: dilakukannya perekrutan pegawai sesuai dengan kebutuhan, disediakan fasilitas khusus dan fasilitas yang lebih luas untuk para lanjut usia yang ada di balai, lanjut usia disabilitas lebih diperhatikan dan tersedianya dokter tetap di Balai Perlindungan Sosial Provinsi Banten. In this research there is some problems: many old fellow derelict at Province Banten, less socialization and information about house of parliament, less service house of parliament worker concerning healthy of occupant, there is no have explicit rule about occupant receive. The purpose of this research is to find out performance of social protection public house of parliament in attendance, and social protection on derelict old fellow at Provinci Banten. The indicator observations there is from: efficiency, effectiveness, justness, and shrewdness. This research use a method quantitative descriptive. The result of data obtained with distributing questioner. The sampling technical used for sampling is simple jenuh. The result of research is performance of social protection public house of parliament in attendance and protection social on derelict of old fellow at Province Banten already good. That result we can see from out put value accomplishment score 68%. The conclusion is from 4 (four) indicator in using criterion, only one indicator having low score that is efficiency indicator in amount 63%. The suggestion submitted researchers is: do the recruitment according to the needs, the availability of special facilities and more extensive facilities for the elderly in house of parliament , elderly disability more attention and availability of doctors remain in house of parliament Social Protection Banten Province.
