Abstract
Local Fiscal Capacity is a picture of the financial capacity of each region are reflected in the general budget revenue. The focus of development in 2012 of Lebak government is accelerating and expanding the potential for local economic development based on the supported area of infrastructure development. There are 3 main points of concern in the formulation of the budget in fiscal year 2012, : first. the orientation of development programs should be directed to the achievement of the acceleration and expansion of economic development based on local potential. Secondly, should the establishment of synergy and collaboration among institutions and stakeholders. Third, strengthen the local fiscal capacity and load balance expenditure and regional income.e daerah. Lebak economic performance in the period 2006 - 2011 show a relatively dynamic . Economic Growth Rate (LPE) in the year 2010 has increased up to 4.15%. Sufficient positive growth is supported by a number of growth sectors which contributed to increase that (1) manufacturing, (2) electricity, gas and water supply, (3) building / construction, (4) trafficking, hotels and restaurants (5) finance, leasing and business services, and (6) other services. Lebak based targets budget-P in 2011 and a budget plan in 2012 to get in on the financial capacity of the Plan area is middle.The parliament notes for PPAS are :the area has the potential to increase the potential revenue from Local Taxes, conduct the review repeated on a number of levies increased from the rate, but not directly proportional to the increase in service, raising target Owned Companies / enterprises.
