Abstract

Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ditemukan rendahnya efektivitas pengelolaan kerumahtanggaan diantaranya dalam pengadministrasian serta inventarisasi perlengkapan/barang di lingkungan Bagian Umum Sekretariat Daerah seperti penyusunan KIB (Kartu Inventarisasi Barang), penyediaan makanan dan minuman, penyiapan tempat, penyiapan peralatan/perlengkapan (kursi, sound system, dll) untuk keperluan rapat/pertemuan/kegiatan kedinasan, dan penyusunan rencana program kerja dan kegiatan Sub. Bagian Rumah Tangga dikarenakan banyaknya kegiatan rutin yang harus dilaksanakan. Hal ini terjadi karena pemotivasian belum sepenuhya dilaksanakan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan penulis adalah deskriptif analisis. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan melalui studi kepustakaan dan studi lapangan yang terdiri dari: 1) observasi (pengamatan langsung terhadap obyek penelitian); 2) wawancara; 3) angket.Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan pembahasan dapat dinyatakan bahwa pemotivasian secara empirik telah terbukti memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap efektivitas pengelolaan kerumahtanggaan di Bagian Umum Sekretariat Daerah Kota Tasikmalaya, baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Besarnya pengaruh pemotivasian terhadap efektivitas pengelolaan kerumahtanggaan di Bagian Umum Sekretariat Daerah Kota Tasikmalaya tercermin dari besarnya pengaruh dimensi-dimensi pemotivasian yang secara teoritik terbangun dari dimensi asas mengikutsertakan, asas komunikasi, asas pengakuan, asas wewenang yang didelegasikan, asas adil dan layak serta dimensi asas perhatian timbal balik. Kata Kunci : pemotivasian, asas-asas pemotivasian dan efektivitas kerja.

Based on the research results and discussion can be expressed pemotivasian that the empirical basis have been shown to provide significant effects against the effectiveness of the management of kerumahtanggaan in the General section of the Secretariat of the regional town of Tasikmalaya, either partially or simultaneous. The magnitude of the influence of the pemotivasian against the effectiveness of the management of kerumahtanggaan in the General section of the Secretariat of the regional city of Tasikmalaya reflected the magnitude of the influence of dimensions pemotivasian that are teoritik basic dimensions include wake up to, principles of communication, the principle of recognition, the principle of authority delegated, principles of fair and decent as well as the dimension of the principle of reciprocal attention.
